Ruslan Salaev - Group CFO, Strategy Director

Over 15 years of corporate finance, PE and direct infrastructure investments experience across top tier organisation. Prior to Nexthop Ruslan has spent 5 years working for UBS International Infrastructure Fund leading ANZ region in its origination, execution and asset management activities. Ruslan has a diverse telecommunication experience, including previously held board level positions at major Australian telecommunication infrastructure assets. Ruslan joined Nexthop in October 2021.

Before joining Nexthop, Ruslan worked in investment management and infrastructure funds — an experience that gives him deep familiarity with large-scale projects, risk assessment, and capital planning.
