About Shane
Shane has 15 years experience in the IT and telecommunications industries with a variety of roles including, Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management and Operations across small and large organisations. This diversity gives Shane insight into all aspects of the business and necessity for effective operations to benefit internal and external stakeholders. Shane joined Nexthop in October 2018 as a Senior Account Manager and transitioned to Operations in March 2021.
Since 2021, Shane has served as Operations Manager at Anticlockwise, where he oversees service delivery, team coordination, and day-to-day operational excellence. Known for his calm approach, structured thinking, and commitment to getting things done, he ensures customers and partners receive consistent, reliable support.
